Delegation of Power of Attorney for Sale of Hamets

I, the undersigned, fully empower and permit Rabbi Matatia CHETRIT to act in my place and stead, and in my behalf to sell all HAMETS I own (knowingly or unknowingly) in whole or part, personally or in any corporate capacity, or in the form of corporate shares, stock or business interests in corporations which own or deal in, as defined by the Torah and Rabbinic Law (e.g. Hamets; doubt of Hamets; and all kinds of Hamets mixtures) (including all transit goods which might be delivered to me; during the period of APRIL 12, 2025 to APRIL 20, 2025 inclusive) or for which I am otherwise responsible - including, but not limited to the following - Hamets that tends to harden & to adhere to a surface of inside of pans, pots or cooking and usable utensils, and all kinds of live animals that have been eating Hamets or mixtures thereof. And to lease all places wherein Hamets owned by me may be found, including, but not limited to the following premises

Not included are Hamets that I will eat or burn prior to the Zman Issur / Prohibited time. R. Matatia CHETRIT has the full right to sell and to lease by transactions, as he deems fit and proper and for such time which he believes necessary in accordance with all detailed terms and detailed forms as explained in the general authorization contract which have been given this year to R. Matatia CHETRIT to sell the Hamets.

This general authorization is made part of this agreement. Also do I hereby give the said R Matatia CHETRIT full power and authority to appoint a substitute in his stead with full power to sell and to lease as provided herein. The above given power is in conformity with all Torah, Rabbinical regulations and laws, and also in accordance with the laws of the State of New York and of the United States. And to this I hereby affix my signature on this day of Nissan 5782.
